Luanna “Lulu” has been with Greeley Furnace Heating & Air since November 2017 as a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative. She is responsible for maintaining and scheduling customers for all their HVAC needs. In 2021 she became Greeley Furnace Production Manager for Inventory. Lulu has over 20+ years of office experience and enjoys customer relations and being the first point of contact. She is always looking for a way to help out her coworkers and company.
Luanna has lived in Colorado all her life. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Nick of 23 years, her 2 boys (Nathan and Damon Jimenez), daughter in law Jessica (Nathan) and daughter Rebecca. She especially enjoys being a first-time grandparent and spending time with her grandbabies (Shayla and Zayne). Luanna also enjoys her collection of Winnie the Pooh and purple stuff. She loves watching sports and learning new things.
